DAILY CARE FOR YOUR FURRY ITEMS

• When you receive your fur item, we recommend gently shaking your item as you may experience some shedding which is normal.  ​​​​

• Due to the use of natural fur, please note that fur items may differ slightly in colour depending on lighting.

​

• We strongly advise that you seek professional help to clean your items and do not recommend at-home cleaning. 

​

• If you get caught in snow or rain, shake the fur to remove as much water as possible and hang in a well-ventilated area.

​

• Do not use direct heat on the fur, such as a hairdryer. Once dried, shake the garment again to revive the fluffiness of the fur.

​

• If your item gets soaked with water, take it to be professionally cleaned immediately.
