DELIVERY

 

All products are custom made and manufactured after each order and payment has been made. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for your order to be manufactured and delivered. Once an order has been placed correctly, the order will begin the manufacturing process on the following business day. The estimated time required for manufacturing is 7-14 business days. The term "business days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, during busy periods such as the Christmas and new years season, this may take slightly longer to be manufactured and may have an extended time for delivery.

Any changes to order specifications must be requested within 24 hours of the original order date. If the changes are requested after this time, it will not be accepted as orders will have begun manufacturing. Once orders have been completed and before being shipped to your address, we ensure a sufficient quality control is carried out.

Delivery is fulfilled using Royal mail and will take 1-2 working days but may take longer during busy periods.

RETURNS

 

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on our products as all items are made to order. 

​

If you changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we are unable to cancel orders and issue a refund as the manufacturing process would have begun.

 

Please use the colour and size charts displayed on our website for guidelines when deciding what to purchase. Alternatively, if you are unsure about any sizes or colours, please send us an email and we can assist you.

Everything is checked thoroughly before packaged and if any errors have been made during shipping you must email us at info@fursbylema.com within 24 hours otherwise the complaint will not be accepted. We ensure we complete a sufficient quality control before packing any orders. However, if your item is damaged or faulty, you must send us an email with evidence of the damages. If we accept these damages, items are accepted back within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.
